Since its inception, the Cadillac brand has epitomized the highest quality in American-made automobiles. The latest offerings from this manufacturer have further raised the bar with sport performance and more electronic gadgetry.

Parts Manager Charles Bently wanted to bring the floors at their Jacksonville dealership to the next level as well. The service write up lanes and shop floors had been recoated every 5 years, but the "like new" appearance never lasted very long. Dirt and grease gave the surface a salt and pepper look, and flaking and chipping occurred where tools and parts were dropped.

Bentley found the answer to his problems at the Polymerica booth at the NADA show in Las Vegas. The manufacturer promptly dispatched their local installer CIC to make recommendations. After checking references and looking at other Polymerica installations performed by CIC, Bently awarded the job which features Polymeria's TrowelMaster IES surfacer applied at 1/4" along with several slip-resistant top coats.

Four hurricanes played havoc with the scheduling, but the project was completed in fall 2004 to the delight of the dealership that now has the "Cadillac" of flooring systems for their Cadillacs to drive on.
