Textile plants have a variety of flooring needs. Weave rooms floors need protection against impact and abrasion, yet must be easily swept. Try our IronMaster^® Polymer Alloy Surfacing (PAS) - you can run a tank over it!

Slashers need protection against impact and chemical attack from the caustic. TrowelMaster^® IES is a great choice here.

Drug Rooms and Dye Houses need special attention - floors in these areas must be able to withstand pallet jack traffic and as well, some very aggressive chemicals. Our TrowelMaster^® VNS surfacer will fit the bill - unlike an epoxy floor, VNS will handle Acetic Acid.

Remember, chemical attack is a function of the concentration and temperature of the effluent as well as the duration of the exposure. If your chemical spills are of a proprietary nature, we recommend immersion testing actual samples of the proposed floor materials.

Are your walls under attack as well? Not a problem. See our chemically-resistant wall products such as MasterShield^® CRC-FR, a fiberglass-reinforced coating system.

For break rooms and eating areas, our MasterQuartz^® DES is a good starting point. Available in 12 decorator colors, DES is a durable quartz surface which is slip-resistant, and easily maintained. Binder and final coats can be changed to offer extra slip-resistance or resistance to chemical attack.
